This contemporary single-storey residence in Maceira is defined by a strong horizontal composition, bringing together a sequence of low volumes that extend naturally across the site. Generous glazed openings connect the main living areas with the garden, terraces and swimming pool, reinforcing a continuous relationship between interior and exterior.
The architectural language combines exposed concrete, dark surfaces and warm timber elements in a restrained material palette. Deep overhangs and carefully framed openings control sunlight and privacy, while the central tree becomes a defining element of the composition, anchoring the house within the surrounding landscape.
The architectural visualization explores the project through natural light, realistic vegetation and subtle material responses. A series of ground-level and aerial viewpoints reveals the organization of the residence, its sheltered outdoor spaces and the quiet dialogue established between architecture, water and landscape.

Esta moradia contemporânea de piso térreo, situada na Maceira, é definida por uma composição marcadamente horizontal, articulando uma sequência de volumes baixos que se prolongam naturalmente pelo terreno. Os amplos vãos envidraçados relacionam as principais áreas habitáveis com o jardim, os terraços e a piscina, reforçando a continuidade entre interior e exterior.
A linguagem arquitetónica combina betão aparente, superfícies escuras e elementos de madeira numa paleta de materiais sóbria. As coberturas salientes e os vãos cuidadosamente enquadrados controlam a luz solar e a privacidade, enquanto a árvore central assume um papel determinante na composição, integrando a casa na paisagem envolvente.
A visualização arquitetónica apresenta o projeto através de luz natural, vegetação realista e uma resposta subtil dos materiais. Os diferentes pontos de vista, ao nível do terreno e aéreos, revelam a organização da moradia, os espaços exteriores protegidos e o diálogo sereno estabelecido entre arquitetura, água e paisagem.
